Cancellation Policy
I understand life is busy and sometimes you may need to change an appointment… I also know in todays hectic world that anyone may occasionally forget the most important engagements… If you would like I can give you a courtesy call, or text message, to remind you 48 hours prior to most pre-booked appointments. If you cannot make your appointment I request that you give me at least 48 hours notice. This means that another client may be given the opportunity of your treatment time and helps me to ensure the viability of my business. If you fail to give me adequate notice you will be charged 50% of the price of your booking and if this happens on more than one occasion you will be required to pay in full upon booking all future appointments. (You will be emailed a payment link) Cancellation fees may also be incurred. For clients that do not arrive for a scheduled appointment, 100% of the treatment will be charged and a payment link will be sent. In the event of you displaying symptoms of any contagious illness inclusive of Covid, I will cancel or reschedule your appointment, which must be a minimum of 10 days from displaying symptoms to ensure the safety of my clients. If you have booked onto one of my group sessions and you are unable to make it. Please can you let me know at least 48 hour before your session. No refund will be given, but we can move your session to the next available session that you can attend.
